Can I order for COD (Cash on Delivery)?
No, Cash on Delivery is not available at the moment.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. You can also track your order using the Track Your Order link available on Masakali.com.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within India. However, we are working on starting international delivery as soon as possible.
When can I expect my order?
Depending on your location, your order should reach you within 3–10 business days. Orders placed before 9 a.m. may be shipped the same day, while orders placed after 9 a.m. will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders of Rs. 800 or more qualify for FREE shipping. A flat Rs. 69/- shipping charge is applied to all orders under Rs. 800.
Will my order arrive safely?
All orders are packed securely with high-quality materials. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
Do you have a refund or return policy?

For damaged, missing, or wrong products, an unboxing video helps us verify the issue and assist you faster.
