Shipping policy

DELIVERY
We process your orders within 24 hours and ship them via our trusted logistic partners. Any order placed shall be delivered to you within 3-6 business days with the exception of sale periods where it may take up to 7-10 working days.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and may vary sometimes due to factors beyond our control. Please note that an additional 3 to 5 days will be taken to deliver the product if you have ordered stitching.

If an item in your order isn’t immediately available in our warehouse, then please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your purchase to be processed.

Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill Number (AWB No.) and courier partner name are sent to you via email or phone. Please visit the courier partner website and enter the AWB number shared with you in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Orders of Rs. 800 or more qualify for FREE shipping. A flat Rs. 79/- shipping charge is applied to all orders under Rs. 800.

International - Please note that we do not ship outside India.

CANCELLATION
Cancellation is possible at any time before shipment is arranged. Orders, once shipped, cannot be canceled.

ITEMS MAY SHIP SEPARATELY
Due to us having several different warehouses, please be aware that some of your items may arrive in separate packages. You'll receive a shipping notification for each item in your order.

TAXES & DUTIES
Product prices include all taxes and duties applicable for deliveries anywhere in India.
